Chocolate Pistachio Cream Liquor Martini Recipe

For the garnish
1 ounce chocolate syrup or 1/2 ounce grated chocolate
For the cocktail
1 ounce vodka (could use Vanilla Flavored Vodka or Chocolate Flavored Vodka)
2 ounce Chocolate liqueur
1 ounce Crème of Pistachio
To garnish with chocolate syrup:
Hold the martini glass at a slight angle. Invert the chocolate syrup bottle, aiming the nozzle inside the glass.
While gently squeezing the bottle, slowly rotate the glass to create a thin swirl of syrup along the inner walls. The syrup will cling to the glass and create a decorative effect once the drink is poured in.
NOTE: I think it is best if the glass is cool or cold before you ad the syrup.
Make the cocktail:
Add the vodka, chocolate liqueur and crème of pistachio, into cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.
Serve:
Strain into a martini glass and serve. You could garnish it with shaved chocolate or crumbled pistachios on the rim or on top.
