It is that time of year again... Girl Scout Cookies but try an Adult Cocktail twist
It is the Girl Scout Cookie time of year!! We can all still enjoy those memories from the past with a twist for adults. This recipe was shared from a friend's friend (Jacque).
Makes One Drink
Glass Garnishes Ingredients:
Chocolate Syrup
Shredded Coconut
1 Samoa Girl Scout Cookie
Caramel Syrup
Drink Ingredients:
2 oz. Chocolate Liqueur (some recommendations by Cacao Guru are
1 1/2 oz. Caramel Vodka
1 1/2 oz. Malibu Rum
1 oz. Half & Half Cream
Steps:
Put some chocolate syrup on the plate. Twist the top edge of the glass into the syrup coating the entire rim. Then sprinkle coconut on the glass not the syrup.
Use a chilled shaker to combine all the drink ingredients and then shake vigorously.
Pour into the glass and then drizzle some caramel syrup on top of the cocktail.
Garnish with a cookie.
